CINNAMON ROLLS
Bridgeford frozen bread
butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
1 cube butter
Brown sugar
Chopped nuts (optional)

Defrost bread. Place on an oiled bread board, one loaf at a time, and roll or pat out in a circle 1/2 inch thick. Melt butter and spread over top, add desired among of brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into log and cut into 12 sections. Place rolls on sides into a 9x13 aluminum pan which has 1 cube melted butter and brown sugar spread over bottom of pan. Set aside and cover with a tea towel. Let rise for about 1 hour or double in size. Place in 350 degree oven until brown on top, about 25 to 30 minutes. Rolls must be turned upside down immediately on to foil or bread board and pan scraped or they will stick in pan. May put nuts into rolls or on bottom of pan if you wish. Each loaf makes 12 rolls.
