SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and soda. Blend well, add butter and mix. Put 2/3 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

In saucepan, combine yolks, sugar, cornstarch, sour cream and raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, boil 5 to 10 minutes. Stir often until thick. Pour over crumb layer. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake 20 minutes.
