DANISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. veal
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 lb. beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 - 1/2 onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Grind together the veal, beef and pork 4 to 5 times. Add flour, egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and drop with a large tablespoon into a large frying pan. Fry until browned, then add a little water, cover and steam for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
