MUSHROOMS IN CREAM 
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. white or sherry cooking wine, if desired
1/3 c. light cream
Dash of white pepper

Heat butter in skillet. Add chopped onion, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally 5-6 minutes. Add wine, cream and pepper. Serve with meat or on toast.
