BROCCOLI - ONION CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 1/2 tsp. dry French dressing
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 1/3 oz.) can French fried onions

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Place broccoli in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and 2 tablespoons French dressing mix and 3/4 of the dry onions. Combine soup with milk and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with remaining dry dressing mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining dry onions and bake 3 to 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
