BROCCOLI AND ONION DELIGHT 
1/2 stick butter
1 rounded tsp. minced garlic
2 med. onions
1 bunch broccoli
3-5 lettuce leaves

In large fry pan, melt butter. Add garlic. Cut onions into wedges and set aside. Cut broccoli into florets and set aside.

Add onions. Coat onions with butter and cook until onions start to separate. Add broccoli in rings on top of onions.

Cover with wet lettuce leaves. Lower heat to simmer and cook until broccoli is tender. Discard lettuce and serve. Serves 4-6 people.
