CHICKEN POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes, cut like French fries
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cubes chicken bouillon
Enough water to cover the bottom of a sq. baking dish
Oregano (enough to flavor)
Garlic (enough to flavor)

Place water in bottom of oven proof baking dish. Dissolve the 2 chicken bouillon cubes in the water. Place potatoes in dish and in between them sprinkle the garlic and the oregano. After placing all the potatoes in the dish, slice the stick of butter into pieces and place on top of the potatoes along with the 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Broil to brown the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
