CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Place butter in 2 quart utility dish. Heat on full power for 1 to 2 minutes (microwave). Blend in crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of dish. Cook on full power for 1 to 2 1/2 minutes or until firm. Turn half turn halfway through cooking time.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Cook on cook level 4 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Turn half turn halfway through cooking time.

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Pour mixture over cheesecake. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
