SECOND GRADE TACOS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can baked beans vegetarian
Salt and pepper
1 sm. jar green olives, chopped
1 pkg. colby longhorn cheese, grated
Shells, hard or soft
Lettuce and tomatoes

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Use a fork to break it up into small pieces. Drain the grease. Add the seasoning to taste. Add the baked beans and olives. Heat thoroughly and then add 1/2 package of the cheese. Prepare shells. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes. Easy recipe for kids to make.
