PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. pretzels, crushed 1 1/2 cubes butter, melted 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 1 large pkg. strawberry jello 2 c. hot pineapple juice 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix pretzels and butter together and press into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar together; fold in Cool Whip; spread over crust. Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice. Add frozen berries. Chill until partially set. Spread over cheese layer. Refrigerate. Spread Cool Whip over top if desired and serve. |
