PORK NOODLE BAKE | |
2 lbs. ground pork 1 c. onions, chopped 10 to 12 oz. noodles 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. chili sauce (or substitute with 1/2 c. ketchup) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder Brown pork and onions, and drain off fat. Cook noodles until tender and drain. Combine pork and noodles. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 (8 x 8-inch) pans that noodles and meat are in - grease pan well. Combine other ingredients and pour over noodles. Combine 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Mix and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This freezes good, so eat me and freeze me. |
