HAM BARBECUES | |
1 c. ketchup 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. water 1 sm. onion 1/4-1/2 green pepper 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 lb. chipped ham Chop onion and green pepper fine. Combine with all other ingredients, except chipped ham. Cook approximately 50 minutes, adding a little more water, if necessary. Add chipped ham and heat thoroughly. Serve on buns. Makes about 8. |
