VEGETABLE BREAD 
3 (10 oz.) cans biscuits
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. freeze dried chives
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. bacon
2 sticks butter

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon well. Crumble bacon. Saute onions, bell pepper and chives in 2 sticks butter. Cut biscuits into thirds. Add sauteed mixtures, cheese and bacon to biscuits. Stir until well mixed and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown in a Bundt pan.
