WALDORF CROWN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. cubed apples
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill until thickened; fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into a 5 cup ring mold. Chill until firm. When ready to serve, unmold on serving platter. Fill center with Regal Dressing; garnish with apple slices and walnut halves.

REGAL DRESSING:

1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine sour cream and Miracle Whip. Fold in marshmallows.
