NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (7 oz.) bag Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour and eggs together. Blend well. Add milk, butter, coconut and vanilla. Mix well and pour into 2 well-greased pie pans.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
