SUMMER PEACH PUDDING 
2 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine peaches and one cup sugar. Toss, coating peaches well. Spread in well - greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Blend flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt; add milk, beating until thin batter forms. Pour over sweetened peaches, drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
