CORN RELISH 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained (reserve 1/4 cup liquid)
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. diced pimientos
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart glass casserole dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir after 5 minutes. Let stand covered, for 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 3 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
