POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts in 1/2" strips
1/2 green pepper, cut into chunks
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/2 c. diagonally cut celery
1 med. onion, cut into eighths
1 c. snow pea pods
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Homestyle Mushroom Gravy
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Hot cooked rice

Put chicken in 2 quart casserole and cover. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes, stirring twice. Remove chicken and drain juices. In same casserole combine green pepper and next 4 ingredients. Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp, stirring once. Drain. Combine soy sauce, ginger and stir into vegetables. Return chicken to casserole and add pineapple. Cover and microwave High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring twice. Serve chicken over rice. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
