1 (No. 3) can sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1/4 c. water

Mix sugar, water, orange rind and butter in heavy skillet. Heat until melted. Add potatoes and cook over low heat, turning occasionally until candied.
