STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 3/4 c. (about 1 qt.) crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin

Thoroughly mix strawberries with sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Combine lemon juice and Certo; add to fruit mixture. Stir for 3 minutes. Ladle jam into 5 - 8 ounce scalded jars or plastic containers with snap lids. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours to set. Keep what you can eat in refrigerator. Freeze the rest.
