APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c apricot nectar
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c wesson oil

Combine all ingredients with mixer. Pour into greased tube pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F. Pour on glaze when cake has cooled.

Glaze:

powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
left over nectar

Add sifted powdered sugar to nectar to make a fairly thick icing. Add 1 tsp lemon juice to this. Drizzle over the cake.
