SOFT SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. Parkay
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
4 tsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream Parkay and sugar. Add wet ingredients; mix. Add dry ingredients; mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out 1/4 inch or so and cut out using as little flour as possible. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
