FRITTER FRANKS 
1 c. buttermilk pancake mix
2 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. wheat germ
12 franks

Into mixing bowl turn the pancake mix, mustard, milk and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in wheat germ. With tongs dip in franks. Fry in hot fat to cover until golden brown. If mixture gets too thick, stir in a little more milk.
