FROZEN STRAWBERRY SORBET 
3 c. frozen strawberries
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. heavy cream

Place strawberries, sugar and lemon juice into food processor with steel blade, process until smooth. Pour in cream and process until blended. Freeze until hard, about 3 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
