QUICK PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water

Chop cabbage in medium pieces. Spread in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Brown beef and onion in skillet. Stir rice into beef onion mixture, with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over cabbage. Heat soup and water together; pour over other ingredients. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
