PEARLS AND FRUIT OR FISH EYES DESSERT | |
1 c. baby pearl tapioca 1/2 c. sugar 1 sm. box flavored Jello (strawberry or peach) 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Fruit (1 pkg. frozen strawberries, frozen or 1 lg. can peaches, well drained) Boil 5 cups water. Add tapioca. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tapioca is cooked (small core uncooked, the rest clear). Stir occasionally. Add the sugar to the tapioca. (DO NOT DRAIN THE WATER.) Add Jello. Cool. Add fruit and almost all of the Cool Whip. Refrigerate before serving. |
