RAINBOW FRUIT DESSERT 
1 lg. mango, peeled and diced
2 c. fresh blueberries
2 bananas, sliced
2 c. fresh strawberries, halved
2 c. seedless green grapes
2 nectarines, unpeeled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. unsweetened orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground ginger or fresh ginger root
Dash of ground nutmeg

Layer fruit in order listed in a large serving bowl; chill. Combine juices, honey, ginger, and nutmeg; pour on fruit just before serving. Makes 12 servings.
