RHUBARB CRISP 
1 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix 1/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Mix with rhubarb.

Place this in 8x8 inch baking pan. Combine brown sugar, 3/4 cup flour and butter. Blend until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle over it rhubarb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
