CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. carton sour cream
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 chicken, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces

Mix soup and sour cream. Layer pan with chicken, then soup, then sprinkle with poppy seed, cracker crumbs and butter melted together. Repeat layers. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
