MARGARET'S SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (#4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
4 c. dry bread, cut as for dressing (about 6 to 8 slices)

Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, milk, pineapple. Butter a 9 inch square Pyrex dish. Layer bread and pineapple mixture in dish. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through center and slightly brown on top. May sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top, if desired. Serve warm or cooled. Serves 6 to 8.
