GMA HOFFS HAMBURGER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. ground beef
4 tbsp. quick cure salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 cup water
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients and mix together well. Mix each day for 4 days. On the 5th day, roll into 5 rolls, wrap in aluminum foil. Poke holes in bottom. Place on broiler pan with holes facing downward.

Bake for an hour at 350°F.
