HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. beef stew
1 lg. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour (to thicken)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water

Put all ingredients except flour in crockpot. Cook all day on low. Thicken when ready to serve with flour. Serve over rice or noodles.
