HOT DISH 
1/2 c. raw rice (white or wild)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of celery soup or mushroom soup

Stir all together. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally while baking. Bake at 375 degrees.
