SPICY CHICKEN BREAST 
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Pat chicken dry. Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon of seasoning mixture (reserve remaining for another time). Heat oil with hot pepper sauce in a heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until brown, about 5 minutes. Serves 2.
