POTATO STEW 
5 potatoes
1 sm. onion
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Butter

Pare potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Cut onion fine and add to potatoes. Cover with water. Sprinkle with parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add pat of butter. For variation a can of vegetable soup may be added.
