PARTY POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
Salt
Pepper
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. onion, chopped

Thaw potatoes. Mix remainder of ingredients together. Mix with potatoes. Put in 1 1/2- or 2-quart dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
