SHRIMP PASTA 
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 to 3 dried red chiles (remove seeds for less heat)
10 oz. cooked, peeled shrimp
1 pkg. linguine
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)

Boil water. Heat oil (low to medium heat). Add garlic and chile. Cook until lightly brown. Discard garlic and chile. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Add shrimp (low heat) and stir to coat the shrimp with the oil. Toss the pasta with the oil and shrimp. Sprinkle each portion with the cheese.
