DILLY BREAD 
1 yeast cake
1/4 c. water
1 c. cottage cheese (heated to lukewarm)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. instant onion
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour

Combine all in bowl. Let rise double. Knead it down and put in casserole or loaf pan and let rise double. Bake at 350 degrees F. 40- 50 minutes.
