RUSSIAN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter

Cream together and add 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
