CROCK POT SPINACH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach (thaw and drain)
3 eggs (beaten)
2 c. cottage cheese (or a little less)
Dash garlic
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (a 10 oz. rectangle of Cracker Barrel)
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter (or a little less)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Mushrooms

Mix all of the above, except the mushrooms, together. Put the mushrooms on top and about 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. Cook 1 hour on high or 4 hours on low in crock pot.
