NOODLE - HAM SURPRISE 
1 onion (red), diced
1 lb. ham, diced
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can green peas
1 tbsp. butter for saute
1 can cream of celery soup
1 empty soup can reg. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 clove minced garlic
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Cook 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, drain and set aside. Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add diced ham and stir fry until ham lightly browned. Empty ham mixture into noodles which have been placed in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Then fold in peas and pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Mix can of soup with equal amount of milk and then pour this over the contents in baking dish. Sprinkle all grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned (approximately 1 hour).
