CHEDDAR CHICKEN 
3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
Few mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
Dash of Worcestershire
3 stalks broccoli
Cheddar cheese

Brown the chicken, chopped and brown onion, garlic and mushrooms. Steam crisp the broccoli. Grate the Cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, add soup, milk, Worcestershire, browned onion, garlic and mushrooms.

In baking dish sprayed with Pam arrange cooked chicken and broccoli pieces. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour cream soup mixed with milk, onion, garlic, mushrooms and Worcestershire over the chicken and broccoli. Be sure every thing is covered. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Use 2 cans soup and serve with noodles, rice or as baked potato topping.
