LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/2 bag spinach
Green onions
1 can garden peas
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled

Break lettuce and spinach and layer in a 9 x 13 pan. Chop green pepper and layer. Layer peas, sliced eggs, and bacon.

SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix together. If using a larger pan, use a larger portion of sauce.

Top salad with the sauce, then layer with cheese. Cover with tin foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
