OVERNIGHT LAYERED SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, washed and drained
1 head lettuce, chopped and drained
4 or 5 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled (do not use bacon bits)
6 or 8 boiled eggs, sliced

Layer above ingredients in large bowl.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Mix together. Top salad with dressing and top with grated Swiss cheese. Cover with foil and let set in refrigerator overnight. Beautiful centerpiece. Keeps well.
