SALMON PATTIES 
1 lb. canned salmon
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. salad dressing
2 stalks celery, chopped

Drain salmon and add other ingredients. Mix. Shape into patties. Fry slowly to prevent sticking.
