HUMMUS 
1 can chick peas, drained (reserve liquid to add if needed)
2 tbsp. Tahini sesame paste
drizzle of olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt
juice from 1/2 of lemon

Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until well blended. Serve with pita chips, celery, and carrot sticks.
