HUMMUS BIT-TAHNI 
2 c. chick peas, drained (garbanzo's)
2/3 c. tahini
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic

Add all above to blender, blend until creamy dip consistency. (Arabic custom is to serve with small amount of olive oil over top of dip with sprinkling of parsley.) Serve with Middle Eastern bread "Pocket-Bread". Healthy!!
