MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. broken corn tortilla chips
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 egg
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In bowl mix beef with 1/2 can tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; set remaining tomato sauce aside. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Drain. Pour reserved tomato sauce over meatloaf and bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
