CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 sm. box Jello, strawberry or cherry
1 c. de-seeded red grapes
1 c. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 c. maraschino cherries (8 oz.)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip

Prepare Jello according to directions on box. While Jello sets, wash cranberries and chop finely in food processor, add sugar to chopped berries and allow to set. Clean grapes of seeds and cut in quarters. Cut cherries in quarters. Drain pineapple (discard liquid). Chop pecans. Whip cream until stiff. Whip Jello after it sets up. Then add whipped cream to Jello and mix. Add all other ingredients, folding into Jello/cream mixture. Place in icebox until time to serve. This dish may be prepared well in advance. Serves 24.
