PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 c. peaches, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sour cream

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in Crisco; add egg and milk, stirring only until all flour is moistened. Spread batter in a greased 9 inch pan. Dot with butter. Arrange peach slices on top. Spread 8 ounces sour cream on top. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Recipe can be doubled and put in 9 x 12 pan.
